Dottie is my Ever After High OC that I've been working on for quite a while. Never has a character given me such a hard time! I'm pretty happy with her though. She's the daughter of Turandot (from the original Persian tale, NOT Puccini's opera). The character art and Dottie's paintings are by me; the profile template is by chunk07x.
